Towns in movement is a Study Circle Foundation program for the formation of children an young, residents of vulnerable communities, in Human Rights and Performing Arts. This program aims to take action to psychosocial support and training in human rights through awareness and artistic creation as a teaching tool for emotional and relational strengthening children and young victims of armed conflict in the city of Quibdó.

Quibdó 2014; with support from the Ministry of Culture, circles accompanying dance training and Human Rights in the city of Quibdo were made. The results of the training process were shared with the community in traditional festivals of San Pacho, September, 2014.

Quibdó 2012; with support from the Colombia Ministry of Culture, was implemented the first phase of this program in the Quibdó city, Department of Chocó, with 60 young. The results of the training process were shared with the community in the traditional San Pacho festivities.
