MNEMÓSINE is an exhibition created from projections of images, sounds, and the use of objects, where viewers can immerse themselves in the phenomenon of systematic homicides that have occurred against the youth population of quibdó, as well as understand the tireless struggle of mothers and caregivers against impunity.

this exhibition demands truth, justice, reparation, and guarantees of non-repetition; raises awareness about the phenomenon of homicides in quibdó; combats impunity by strengthening the political influence of families; reinforces efforts to curb homicides; and facilitates connection with the reality of children and young people who have been victims of homicide in quibdó, as well as reflection on the social, political, cultural, and ethnic-territorial context surrounding the phenomenon.

this piece encourages reflection on the actions of the state and society as a whole in relation to protecting the lives and integrity of children and young people. it also serves as an artistic medium to raise awareness about the effective guarantee of rights, the reduction of vulnerability factors affecting citizens in the pacific region of Chocó, and to promote awareness about the reality of regions of the country where armed conflict has become normalized, claiming innocent lives in its wake.
